About This Project

System Introduction
Simplex AI digital twin scheduling optimization system is based on the technological achievements of Ningbo Digital Port Key Laboratory, a deep integration of AI and digital twin technology to realize real-time mapping and intelligent decision-making of the whole production process.
Core Technical Advantages
- All-element digital mapping: Through high-precision 3D modeling and IoT data integration, achieve real-time twin mapping of factory equipment, transport vehicles (AGVs), and production processes, supporting second-level monitoring of production status and predictive maintenance.
- Intelligent Scheduling Engine: Integrate a multi-algorithm fusion architecture, covering hyper-heuristic optimization algorithms, deep reinforcement learning models, and dynamic path planning technology.
- Cross-scenario generalization capability: The algorithm itself can be generalized across multiple business scenarios, such as ports, factories, hospitals, and logistics.


Deployment and Awards
The team has landed an AI-based container truck optimization transportation system at Ningbo Port, achieving an annual cost saving of 10 million yuan.

The system's innovative product won the National Best Technology Innovation Award in the Newcomer Group of the 4th China Industrial Internet Competition.
